i tried battery disconnect today, but there was no change in the issue.
While the battery was disconnected, I adjusted the hatch latch. I fails to catch when temperature is below about 50F. Annoying.
I was going to drive the car this afternoon, but the throttle response off idle is getting worse. I think I need to do a throttle plate cleaning. It has been getting progressively worse. I need to see if I have a ETM gasket.

I finally got back to looking at the driver door locking. I tried the battery disconnect a week or so ago with no change. Today, I took the door card off again and tried to see the position of the arm at the positive stops. I was not able to see this even with a mirror and flashlight. While messing with the lock, it seems to be working correctly again.
I did not change anything. I did operate the outside key lock, the inside button lock and the push/pull lock knob. I think I did something that resynced the electric lock with the push/pull knob. But I can't say what I did to solve the problem.

Yesterday, I finished removing and cleaning the throttle body. It did not seem very dirty, but the throttle response off idle feels better now. I did get more practice taking off all the air intake hoses and removing the radiator fan.volvolugnut wrote: ↑05 Jun 2023, 18:10 i tried battery disconnect today, but there was no change in the issue.
