2014 s60 t5 a/c relay

Gentlemen, A/C takes 2 to 4 minutes to start blowing cold air when you first start up. Works fine rest of the time. Have been told this can be the a/c relay but I am having the devils own time finding this part. Volvo manual is less than helpful but believe it is located in the #1 fuse box, in the engine compartment, on the drivers side. Would really appreciate if someone can provide the correct part # and where it might be required.
