compression parameters

Post by mechanic »

Performing a compression test on a 1998 Volvo V90 B6304f white block -

Looking for the PSI /BAR parameters on the cylinders. To the forum users here, would you post any information available, Thank you.

Can't seem to find them anywhere.

I have struggled to obtain a decent Volvo manual for the S90/V90/960 series but have found many scams and ripoffs-

use good judgement when searching for repair manuals, folks!!

regards,
mechanic

Haynes Manual (paper) for V70/S801998-2007 says NA engines should have compression of 13 to 15 bars. Turbo engines 11 to 13 bars. Difference between high and low not to exceed 2 bar.
