Where to put the CD stacker

Post by Peter Mac »

I got an aftermarket CD stacker for my 850 SE wagon, and it was mounted in the spare wheel well, just to the RHS. My problem is I have to cut the carpet cover for the spare to get it so the floor sits flush. With the cover out of the way, it sits nicely. With the cover in on top of the CD stacker, the lid sits up a little.

Any suggestions....I am probably going to cut it with a stanley knife, or reposition if theres some good ideas.

I would not reccomend cutting with a knife - too easy to screw up. Check with a trim shop to see what they reccomend.
