1990 740 GLE auto.starts hard when cold, heats up forget it

Gentlemen, I need your help this car is in great condition. It just won't start up properly when cold and when it's hot it won't start at all. .Both fuel pumps have been replaced, new distributer and wires. Thanks for your help.

Has the vehicle stored any Diagnostic Trouble Codes?

There is a self diagnostic box in the engine compartment just behind the left strut tower. How to use it is at: https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/chat/p ... c&start=12

Some of the codes may be different as that is for the turbo. If it has stored codes you don't understand, post back.

If it has not stored codes post back for more help.

The codes that I got were on #6 111 #2 was 212. I thought that it might be vapor lock at the injectors so I tried to cool them down it didn't workIf you have any ideas let me know
