Could I swap my 04 leather 4 spoke steering wheel with a wood 3 spoke steering wheel off of an 03?

Dave, I have an '04 V70, and I'm contemplating swapping my current 4-spoke leather steering wheel with a 3-spoke wooden steering wheel from an '03 model. It's more of a classic project I'd like to undertake. I'm wondering how challenging this task would be. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
