No fuel from injectors

Hello guys!
I did engine swap on my 850 this year (2.0 turbo) but I never got it running again. Fuel injectors does not work. Fuel rail is clean and it has spark. It starts sometimes on starting fluid but only for few seconds. Injector relay is not very happy but it works fuel pump too. Could it be crank sensor when it has spark?

First thing as you i personally would use multimeter at the start to measure so that you can find +12V from the injectors (injector plugs) constantly when ignition is on. ECM does pulse Ground so use any like engine block as ground point measurement and not the plug itself.

Noid lights are also good for testing for injector pulse (essentially a light bulb that plugs into the injector connector). I would also check the actual fuel pressure at the rail.
If there is no injector pulse, check for any error codes at the diagnostic connector. It could be an issue with crank or cam signal. If there is low/no fuel pressure, your problem is more likely to be with the fuel pump or relay.
