Yeah I fully expected to trip the code, that's no surprise. The weird thing was it just wouldn't clear the first day. I could actually tell from the output that VIDA was not communicating with all modules that day but like you said I'll just move on, keep an eye out.

i encountered instances where vida didn't log the vehicle, it was loading the previous scan but not connecting live.
i saw it didn't indicate battery voltage or whether ignition is keyed on, it wasn't "live".

on my old HP laptop I had trouble if I plugged dice into the wrong usb port on the laptop, there was high and low speed ports.
I gave that laptop away to a forum member more computer savvy than me. he says it works good.

I had a new notebook and run vida from a usb thumbdrive, it will not read the vin until I select the correct interface,the missing info was because i didn't select the correct dice unit from the list of available interfaces....something I didn't have to do with my older HP.

The newer version of 2014D from David Leach are preloaded with other jrl drivers because dice units are silly expensive if you can even find them.

just a couple of things I've been tripped up over.
