1994 855T Brake Pedal Position Sensor Specs?

Before I take the time to tear apart my sensor I'd like to first measure the resistance of the potentiometer within the sensor. Does anyone have the specs at the ends of the plunger travel? It would be great if an 850 owner might be able to measure a good one directly as they're pretty easy to remove from the brake booster.
