S80 V8 Gaskets and more

So much for selling it. I like it too much. still need to resolve the P0430 code. I find it hard to believe that the cat is shot at 68k miles. any help with that would be helpful. Right now I'm into the gasket, pulleys, belt, alternator, steering pump, water pump, injectors, motor mounts, coolant flush, spark plugs and oil cooler project.

I've got some oil dripping (how strange for this car) on the rear of the engine, gathering on the seam between the transmission and oil pan. Any thoughts? Rear seal? Oil pan?
