Any advice to troubleshoot this coolant leak?

Do you have the water heated PCV on the Silver Bullet , Bruno? I see some drops on the oil filter and that s below the coolant hose on the PCV roughly

On re-looking at the last picture, I see now what Abscate saw in the fluid runs on the oil filter housing. I didn't think of that as your info says the car is a 98. However, when you look at the video, you see drips down at the bottom of the engine by the crank pulley. Also the video shows you do not have the header tank pipe to the top of the thermostat housing. So it is possible you have more than one leak but hard to tell. Dry everything off under that side of the engine including the oil filter housing, and the sub-frame and get the car up in the air and start it and see if you can get a better idea of where the water is coming from.

oP was a 1998 but you can tell Bruno is later as it has the spin on plastic oil filter insert type...I think they thermostatted the PCV in 2000 on NAs, turbos in 1999

I realized that, as well as VVT on inlet in later pics. Just thrown by the 98 listed.
