91 740 A/C no cold air

Hey...My son's 740 a/c is blowing no cold air. We checked the freon this morning and it seems to be full. The A/c compressor sounds like it is turning on when the a/c is switched on. The blower only works on the 5 setting (highest speed). We thought to try replacing the electonic control panel assembly, but we want to try something simpler/cheaper first. What about checking the a/c relay - is there a way to jumper this piece? What about the drier bottle? Any other suggestions?

The A/c compressor sounds like it is turning on when the a/c is switched on

The easy way to check the compressor is to watch the centre piece of the pulley. If the compressor is working you will hear a click and see the centre rotate, another click and the centre will stop and so on.

If this is an Electronic Climate Control it stores fault codes which can help with diagnosis.
