interesting! And no ice or salt in Raleigh? Also you don't have to deal with 2001 auto trans issues.

Nope, just a minimal brine solution that NC uses on roadways a few times a year, and far enough from the coast to not have salty air!

It's a manual. I wonder if it's a cable or hydraulic clutch?

This $2400 2004 V70 2.5T looks like it could be a good deal from the pictures/description. Cracked windshield and hits to the bumpers. The new tires if as described cost about $750-$1000.
