1998 T5 serpentine belt

Post by mar601 »

Embarrassing to have to ask this but except for these forums, the internet has turned into nothing but contradictions and "iffy" information. Honestly, 1998 gave better and more accurate results. Give me Alta Vista.

Is the serpentine belt on a 1998 Volvo T5 (2.3L) the same size as it is on the standard model with larger engine? I woke up this morning not sure if I ordered the right part. THANKS

I ordered this to do a bypass of the AC compressor on my T5 and watched a video of Robert DIY who did the same thing using this belt but just realized I didn't take into consideration that he may have been doing it on the base model S70....
