S80-2004 How to get rid of "on-call deactivated"

Hi all,
I bought my S80 few months ago. Every time I turn it on, there is this annoying text message about on-call being deactivated. I found out that this system/feature itself has been discontinued. How do I get rid of the message?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It used to be that the dealer took these out without charging.
Check with your dealer.

I already checked with the dealer, and found that thry charge $200 for "removing" the on call plus.
