Drove my first tow truck in 1966. I'm trying to get my head around doing 170 klicks in that rig.

I really like these car based car haulers. Anyone know of a Volvo based car hauler?

Get those tires rotated and balanced before hitting 170KPH in that.

matthew1 wrote: 14 Mar 2024, 09:07 Yea there are plenty of 850 variants, 700/900 variants, I've seen on Facebook over the years. I'll dig some up later today. I don't think any are in N America, and also I don't know if they're factory or talented 3rd party garage DIY'ers.

Image searches only turn up the big Volvo car carrier rigs, so I can't fulfill my promise. I'll post some 850/900/700 carriers here when they pop up on FB.

I would take a nice stock 220 sedan. Luggy needs one of these^^^.

I had never heard of these little trucks. They would be great.
