ABS warning 2001 v70xc

Post by TRENDZ »

About a month ago, I started getting Abs faults. Right front wheel speed sensor. I found the RF sensor cable bracket was bent, and the cable had rubbed through the stabilizer link. I put in a new sensor from IPD. For about a week, all was good, no faults. Then I started getting random abs activations when stopping at low speeds. Faults for RF wheel speed sensor and vehicle speed signal low (can) I have vida. When i do a graphic display of the wheel speed sensors and vehicle speed (can) the sensors all follow each other, but randomly all freeze in a flat line, and then jump to the correct reading.
I did remove the abs module, checked the connections on the module(appear good/ clean/ corrosion free) I opened the module and reflowed all the connector circuit board joints(none looked bad before I started)
I have some picures of the data graphs. Like I said earlier, I seem to loose all of the sensor values randomly, but together(5 graph lines go flat then suddenly look normal)Ive had this with all four wheel speed sensors and vehicle speed. I have also graphed the TCM speed output and the ECM vehicle speed (can) the same anomaly happens with a random flat data trace on the graph.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what to check/ do next?Image
