All it says on that URO cap is that it's "factory pressure tested". ?

Advertising pseudo-scientific horsemanure. The suggestion on here is to avoid URO anything. The blue box Volvo cap will have the pressure molded into it, expressed in metric-speak as 1.5 bar or some such. In plain 'Murican it's a 22 pound cap. They don't fail often, so the cost of the factory part is likely a one time expense, and worth it for the peace of mind.
As mentioned earlier, there may be another issue, but try really cleaning the radiator port and if the original clamp is still serviceable use it instead of an inexpensive parts store one.

Also, use a high quality hose clamp, not a Chinese knock off.

Ok thanks. I put on the new hose and so far so good -- put on the URO cap "for now". When it blew off I was on the road so I think it may have blown off again because I didn't clean off the coolant and it was a slippery connection. ? The old hose was in bad shape.
