I think you need to find a set of classic Fiamm or the likes with air horns that play la cucaracha.

GM was still using the Delco horns into the 90's on things like Cadillacs and Buicks. I've got several stashed away that I've intended to use on my truck. I was trying to put together a 3-note system that Buick used. Caddys sometimes used a 4-note.
