Those are Rostyle wheels. They had deep dish versions of these in England years ago. One of my favorites

The pin-drive center locks were unique to the Twin Cam, as were rear disc brakes, from late '57. Only made a bit over 2,000. Motor had a habit of making metal in the pan.
During Pandemic Pricing, a couple of them made over $80k on BaT, although the latest on offer made $46k.
