2002 V70

The front seats have seen better days. They both have heater grids and the driver's seat is powered while the passenger seat is manual.

I have a chance to acquire front seats from a 04 or 05 V70. They are both powered.

Are the seats a direct replacement?

Can I easily swap out the manual seat for a powered one? Is the wiring already in place? Is any VIDA programming needed?
