But are they..............!??
Well again in just a few days, I am using the statement again, "no good turn goes un-punished!"
Several years ago I loaned a service light rest and SRS reset tool to a local repair shop as they were not able to reset a regular customers warning lights. I had a brand new old stock tool I found on Ebay in a small store in Ireland. Even then about 10+ years ago they were near impossible to find. As I had no need of it as I had no 96-98 cars I said they could hang onto it and if I ever needed it I would come get it.
I called in today, only to find they had been broken into about a year ago and all their tools had been stolen, including my reset tool. They had just forgotten to tell me!!
Thankfully, my Autel was able to reset the last car I needed to do this on, so hopefully it wasn't a fluke!
Neil.

Is this what you're on about Neil? I've not seen any available for a couple of years now.
I have several available if anyone needs to reset the Service light on a 96-98 car

I was motivated by the BLO success, to go further. Also, the biggest “wagon” festival in the world is a few miles away in six or seven weeks. Might as well show up clean and pretty.
LoL, wrote this up but it was dumped by the forum as normal.

Ask me q’s about the above, the forum will not allow me to post or edit it.
1- Meguairs or plumbers putty, both work the same. Pay what you want, $2.50 or $20, no difference. I’ve tested multiple times and ways.
2- For real results, get a DA polisher/buffer - $60 at HF (Bauer). Do this for real compounding and polishing.

If you're going off-roading, you need a taller dog.

I'd like to buy one, but they don't seem to be available over here.
I'm just used to the light staying on for a couple of minutes. It's been like that for as long as I've owned the car.

The Draper one is the one I used to have. I hunted it down several (10+) years ago in a small shop in Ireland as I mentioned. Super helpful store owner who thought why would this mad Scot/Canadian want this item sent all the way to Canada.
Now onto Oro's car, that looks really nice! Great job.
Only thing I noticed was that crease between the LHF wheel and and the door low down. That is what happens is you use the full aluminum fender liner rivets or screws when you catch the mud-flap. I had one that was even worse than that when I bought it. Took a lot of time to reshape it as it was bent there and around the turn-signal area as well.
Anyway, still love your car, and I haven't seen many up here that color. My buddy had a P2 XC70 in a similar color which is also not too common. Nice!!
Neil.

The 850 OBD app is probably the best solution at this point, considering all of the additional functionality that's included with it.
