Are there any cheap options to fix these? I pulled the windshield top trim, it was rattling around.
Thinking about pulling the rear trim too, just because it looks ratty.

Thanks all.

In the exact same spot!, Mine started flapping before a 1200mi road trip. I plan to goo it in place eventually. Right now I just twisted/tucked in the edge between windshield and body and it's been holding for 1500 mi....the goo will come eventually

I had my 2001 windshield replaced about 8 years ago at a very good shop. It appears to have this type top seal. I do not know if they reused the original seal or had a replacement on hand. There may be stock seal material and good adhesives available for windshield shops. You might ask around at good shops.

^ Agree. Find a GOOD glass shop and they can do it. Sveedy was missing its windshield trim when I bought it, and a glass shop that I deal with fixed it with a rubber window trim that they had on a roll. He had to cut part of the rubber off with a razor blade to get it to work, but its been perfect. Probably better than the original.

The tailgate trim is still available at a price. It is a devil to remove once it is rusty. Lots of silicon spray and work it out with a blunt flat blade screwdriver. It will take a lot of time, but you have to take time not to damage the paint. Installing a replacement is fairly easy again with silicon oil and a rubber hammer.

What is wrong with your front windshield seal? I would look at removing it at the loose end and cut it slightly shorter and then refit. Worst case use some windshield black sealant. Just enough to hold it in place.

Working on removing that now. It is very rusted and coming out in tiny pieces. I already cut myself. Fun!

The windshield molding has separated from the "tee" portion from the edge, about 8" in. So it's just hanging there.
I think I'll just rip it out.

If I recall I rested a piece of wood across the glass to panel and then used that in turn t rest a screwdriver on to get purchase to lever the seal out carefully. Time consuming.

Front seal is around $50 US from Volvo Parts counter for example.

The rear screen lower molding is # 9483520 and Volvo Parts counter has it for around $80 US
