In the WayBack, commercial bodies were put on car chassis here and called Commercial Cars or Express and such; Chevy called them Sedan Deliveries. Had a '56.

Hmm... Not my idea of nice, but ok.
Love the pale blue 145 delivery. I have seen them many year ago in Europe, but didn't recall the solid rear windows. I had a '69 145 wagon that color (sadly written off after getting hit by a drunk driver, I walked away unhurt!!)

I recently saw the Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee ( great show ) episode with David Letterman as the guest. He has a 960 that he and Paul Newman each bought ( at Newman's urging ). Swapped with a 5.0L Ford with a supercharger and a 5sp manual. Goes like hell, but also hot as hell. His feet would get really hot even on a short drive, to say, get coffee.
My main issue with swaps, is access to things when engines are shoehorned in those tight engine bays.

Or cutting out most of the wheel wells for the headers. So much for shielding the engine from all that spray.
