It’s been 4 years , 10000 miles since I put the Kat , the silver 2WD s70 on the road. Probably cost me 1500 all in, it my short haul daily driver around Stony Brook, trips to Brooklyn to get girl/dog.
I’ll find a home for her this fall at SUNY Niagara, in memory of Mom who started her long educational journey there.
If anyone contributing here in the Northeast, say DC to Boston has a need for a college car, let me know by pm.

Ordered Volvo plugs for the 850. When I changed them shortly after I bought the car, I used single electrode NGK plugs. I've never gotten great mileage with the car, and Robert Spinner told me that I really needed the factory 3-prong plugs.
I remember being a bit surprised when I pulled the originals, and found them to have 3-prongs. That's not something I'm used to seeing. I think I still have the originals that I pulled. I should dig them out, and give them a closer look. Maybe check the gaps.

I have replaced the radiator and the upper hose. Stuff from Skandix NRF for the radiator. I'm surprised, i thought it should be a NISSENS.
I will need to replace the steering pump next year, and rebulid the all ac system, including crompressor...

After checking local scrappers I still can't seem to find this bolt that somehow went missing. It's for some sort of support bracket on the transmission, just above a harness. Pic attached, taken fom the middle of the car, below the turbo, rear engine support and axle visible
I don't know what this would be called or what diagram to consult, any help would be appreciated

Astronaut/scientist Dr. F. Story Musgrave helped design the pressure suits and ran all the training for Shuttle EVAs, including the Hubble corrective lens adventure. He discovered during the in-pool training for that mission that the first run through took way more hours than the initial guess, but by the time they did the last practice in the pool, they had cut the time almost exactly in half. Once they got into orbit and went outside for the real show, it turned into a whole 'nuther sport.

How important is spec for this? I'll try to find something, but part of me thinks there's just that little bit of extra peace of mind if I find OE for anything mounting related
Edit: Does it look like the bracket in question is part no 1397889?
