2010 XC90 AWD always engaged

hi all,

2010 XC90, the car was jumping skitting when in lock.

i've found that its stick in awd all to time, but when i pull the fuse you can feel it release from it and the skitting and jumping stops.

I have serviced the haldex unit, also swapped the control solenoid. it also makes no difference if i press the brakes and have handbrake engaged.

any help advice appreciated
