Electrical V60 2017

Post by EricV60 »

I have replaced both batteries and checked for burnt fuses, although I don't find any of the items that don't work in the fuse listings.
Is there any common item that would affect all these features?

ESC malfuction Service required

Alarm system Service required

City Safely Service required

Collision Warning system service required

Adaptive cruise control unavailable

Rear licence plate lights, don't know if this is related but it seems like it is not grounded.

I would have the fusible links checked, particularly the one to the BCM. It sits on the top of the engine battery on the +ve cable.

Did these issues occur before the batteries were replaced (reason for replacing them) or only since. On newer cars (don't know on this one) there is sometimes a need to tell the car it has a new battery. If you don't is can cause lots of battery replates issues.

I thought I checked the fusable links and all the fuses but I will check again, especially the ones near the battery. The problems occurred before changing the batteries.
