I found them. They must migrate. There are here on the coast near Portland Maine.

I don't think so, they are in my front yard, although a little faded :lol: . If it wasn't dark I would post a photo for evidence.

I have spotted the red chairs in rugged windy St John's on the remote edge of Newfoundland. No clues as to how they got there.
