The snorkel and hood scoop look a lot like my old friend Leo's Arnolt Bristol - but I don't remember any pics of the spare tire hideaway.

There are a few 911-powered busses floating around, I once followed one in Seattle. But those are mostly shop-built customs, I don't know what this one is.
