Sooo, the speedometer is still accumulating in the positive at speeds above 50ish. The tire size adjustment address the inaccuracy with speeds below 50ish.
At 80mph, the tachometer is resting around 5,000rpm. I am speculating the accumulating speedo is influenced by the high reading tachometer. Any thoughts on that?

The Hex format of A4 would be appropriate for a car that is metric and from Japan? Is there Hex codes out there for other regions?
