Catalytic Converter for 94 850 Rear sensor hole

I am buying a catalytic converter for my 94 850 wagon. There is one on line that says "this unit does not have a rear sensor hole in the rear." Do I need a rear sensor hole?

That would be for the rear oxygen sensor, which I believe you need on a 94.
