Is it just old wankers who remember the days of 1960,70s Japanese cars?
Unlike now, they were pure throwaway cars.
The American habit was to trade in your US iron every 2-3 years , maybe moving up the luxury line as you kept up with the Jonses ….Chevy > Olds , Buick > Caddy
The Japanese came in with cars that lasted that long but were 1/2 the price. In the Northeast, you could hear them rust.

I like how the rear fender skirt has a hole that just clears the hub cap. I would guess the actual passenger space is about 1/3 the total length. Is this another example of genius market timing?

The Moteverdi 375L High Speed, a different look than the Frua built cars. Most were 440 Chrysler, but some had a Hemi.
