Timing belt 2003 v70

Just replaced the water pump and timing belt but while the car was apart the camshafts moved. Aligned the crankshaft with the marks and then rotated the camshafts to their timing marks then installed the belt and tightened the tensioner.
Started the car and it is shaking and sputtering and I now have a ticking noise from the engine. Check engine light came on and it is reporting a misfire on 1,2,4&5 cylinders. Don't know if I fried the engine or not. Help is appreciated.

I’m sure others will jump in…did it turn over by hand ok prior to starting? Or did you go straight to starting it up?

You could turn it by hand now to see if you can feel interference. Since it has run you may need to scope the cylinders to check for damage in case pistons hit the valves.
