93 850 glt 153,00 miles. My car started acting like it was cutting the fuel off and on going down the road, like a jerking sensation. Read the codes, got 121 maf . I cleaned it with brake cleaner ,even bought on at a salvage yard, cleaned that one. Now with the old one the car runs but real crappy for a bit then dies. With the new one it starts great but dies right away. If i unplug the maf the car runs ok. after changing back and forth i get no codes for anything ,get 111. I checked the fuel pump relay which looks fine. Also i think i put boush platinum plugs in the car about 6 months ago as i seen that they don't work right, do i need to change them? Also my instrument cluster is going nuts, nothing works right. The A7 code port is blinking along with the service light. Could one thing be causing the other? Any help would be great!!!

Certainly your PCV system needs attention/replacing (look in the repair database to see what this is all about) but this should not cause the problems you're having now with rough idle, etc. The plat. plugs could cause this so change them to regular copper core bosch- Napa sells them for about a buck a piece and make sure they're gapped to 0.028 inches. Other than that, you might want to look at your ignition wires, rotor and cap as well. Bosch for everything except Bougicord for the wires if these need replacing. Certainly the MAF sensor still could be the reason. If you have a large air leak (broken turbo hose- look under your radiator on the driver's side as well as under the throttle pulley cover) or a cracked intercooler could all cause bad MAF like symptoms.
