transmission solenoid

Post by jimmyJ »

Hey guys, here's my question. I'm getting code 222 for the tranny which means the s1 solenoid is bad. I'm going to get it replaced and figure I should might as well do the s2 solenoid. I have a couple of questions:
first, should I also change solenoid SL? second, how many hours, and how much should the labor run me?

thanks

you can change all three if you like.
if you have a:
850 or S70 5.5 hour
S80, S60 or V70 2001- 6.0 hours

if you look from the front to the back. on the tranmission right side is a black pan on the front. you have to get the pan off. you going to have to
drop the sub frame.
