no brake 2000 Volvo v40 1.9t

Recently I bought a 2000 Volvo v40 1.9t. This car when bought had squishy brakes so i went looking on the forms to see what it could be. At first I thought it was the calipers but after replacing and bleeding them nothing changed. I then checked the vacuum pump and saw nothing was wrong with that either. Then I noticed that the fuse for the pump keep blowing. Once I cleaned out the connection, it stopped blowing. Still my brake pedal would go to the floor. I then replaced the master cylinder and brake booster. (note i did replace one of the lines to the abs hydraulic unit since it was seized into the old master cylinder). It only got worse with the brakes just sinking to the floor. Then i replaced the power brake booster check valve and the leaking noise i heard stopped. But after trying to move the car today i had no brakes and was forced to use the ebrake to stop.

I am running out of places to look for this issue. I have heard that the ebrake not being set right could cause the issue but i may have been mistaken. I have also read that the abs hydraulic unit could have air in it and so would have to be flushed out using a special tool that only mechanics or Volvo dealerships have. Finally i have also heard that the pump in these hydraulic units fail too and so then they would have to be replaced.

If anyone has suggestions on where to look I would greatly appreciate it since i have sunk +500$ into this car and dont want to spend too much more.
