I found this video.

He said if its the exact model of the module a plug and play works. It needs a calbirations whatsoever on the car. i don't know how to calibrate it.

I would be quite surprised if it would be pretensioner(i hope for the sake of your wallet it is ). IMHO you would be getting a code for that pretensioner(either out of expected range, circut high or low, short to ground or power etc..) but not the case when multiple modules lost communication with srs module. But once again I am hopeful it is that simple

Hello again,
I've change the velt pretensioner.
The old one had 3.2 MOhms
The replacement 23 MOhms.
I earsed error codes with icarsoft and VIDS and got the messages in the attachment.

Next step will be take out the srs module and find an replacement...

Why are you so eager to replace parts without testing? Ok, you will find a used unit and try to plug it-it will not work since will need programming to be vin specific. You will need some good programmer to erase old vin and rewrite new your vin. Dealer will not even touch your car and will say that you need a "virgin" unit and then to program it to your vin. However, it all might be a waste of money without first checking powers, grounds, communication wires. Only after verification that you have all necessary things for module to work and communicate you should pronounce it "dead". Pay for 1 month subscription to alldata($25) and get redrawn wiring diagrams that are easy to follow with info on connectors along the wire length and their locations. Please, test-dont guess.
Plus you clearly have a code for wiring issue b10a215. Likely your issue is there. You can possibly put a new module and fry it the same moment. Fix that issue first. You can try to find module rebuilder locally and send them your unit for test. If it is broken- they will tell you and possibly fix. If it is perfect- you would just waste 1000 euros on new module and programming.

thanks for the reply. I'm not eager in wasting money... thats why I'm here in the first place.
I read about many articles with the same issues and come to this conclusion.
So do you mean I should check all wires that go to the module and if these connections are correct?
I don't know alldata but I'll check this out, thank you. I thought I can find the wiring diagrams on Vida.
Next week I'll try to take out the armrest to get to the module. I found some local module companies and will call them.
The belt pretensioner was cheap, bought it second hand and this was plug and play.
Have a nice weekend 👍

Alldata provides redrawn diagrams which are way easier to follow. I would pay for alldata access for 1 month. Will be able to help you pinpoint the location of module. Get access to module. Check of number of wires and colors corresponding to your diagram. If yes than identify on diagram which wires are 12v, which are ground and which are communication canbus network or similar. Check which 12v are hot at all times and which are hot with ignition on. Test power and grounds with "load test through 2amp bulb making sure wires can carry current. Just checking voltage is not enough. Make sure you dont have short to ground or power. If that all checks you will need a basic 1 channel midtier scope to test canbus communication. If the signal will be wacky you will need to disconnect individual components to see in which area you have "short" that is taking down the module. Testing module via professional bench test is also great option. Also make research on the code b12a10 since it is possibly cool print of this module.

What happened so far:
I bought a replacement srs module, deleted the crash files on that. put my old chip on the replacement.
then it worked but showed some error that I couldnt fix. (Turn passenger airbag on/off) my car has not a button for that. Maybe the replacement was in a car that had this feature.

long story short. I needed a new one from volvo. ~1.5k€ for a new module and programming.

Now I can read my errors myself with my 2014 Vida on a thinkpad and a replica mongoose adaptor. at least that should safe me some bucks.
at least we tried folks. thank you all for your help.
