Hi Mdpete3,

I uploaded a Bosch doc on MAF sensors a couple of days ago, it is at https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/downlo ... irmass.pdf, it may have the information that you require, i am having some of the problems with my 850 as well and I think the non-Bosch MAF that I bought may not be working correctly as my MAF signal on Pin4 only goes to a maximum of 3.2 volts when the throttle is only about 25-30%, according to the Bosch doc it should go to above 5v, I have seen elsewhere that it could go as high as 8v.

Also check the resistance of the connections from the MAF back to the ECU connector and the make sure that the supply is present on Pin3, should be about 13-14v when the engine is running.

Hope this helps
