battery charger has 6 and 12 MPS BEST TO CAHEGE BATTERY?

You mean AMPS? Either one is OK. Depends on how long you have to charge it. If you want a quicker charge, go with 12, if you have all day (or night) go with 6. If you mean VOLTS, you have to have it on 12 because it's a 12 volt battery.
