1993 850 coming from wrong port.
All of my codes are coming out of A3 but according to the charts none of the codes should come out of A3. It's this a problem?

Been a long time since I had a 93 850 with the engine bay diagnostic ports. I had to go to this video from Robert DIY. Perhaps this may help to answer your question:

A3 is diagnostic port for abs.
Engine codes should be read from A2(ecu) & A6 (ignition module).

Are the codes you are getting plausible?
If they are, it's weird but at least you can work with them. The blinky box in my 94 T5 is funky too, some ports that should work simply don't have a metal socket and therefore don't respond at all, and not all codes seem to have numbers that should be created by the specific port in use.
