If I am correct and it is a Ford..they probably fall off the moment it crossed the assembly line. But realistically, based on the "tatoo" it is likely west coast car with much of Latino love. Would not be surprised to see a full trunk of proper hydrolics low rider gear.

The show car with tattoo would likely have 'shaved door handles'. Door handles removed and a remote electric switch to trigger the door latch. A coil spring inside the door frame would pop open the unlatched door.
