Hello people, Just one question. My car has a slow accelaration off idle up to jogging pace then fine. Any ideas?
Do you have a carburettor?
Have you checked the oil level. The carburettor is continously consuming ATF oil. While accelerating, the oil is damping the opening of the movement of the vacuum piston. This will give a richer fuel mixture during acceleration, giving better acceleration. So, check the oil. When you open the plastic plug at the top you will see the attached piston. Fill oil in the cylinder until it is 6 mm below the upper edge of the cylinder.
