99 S70 GLT Is my turbo broken? -SOLVED Topic is solved

Brought the car out if winter storage, filled with distilled water (to check for leaks) and found water coming from the 2nd water inlet! Is my turbo physically broken? I don’t remember there being a plug here before.

After rebuilding the top end I drove the car several hundred miles before storing it for over a year to R&R the dash. I just drained the water because the heater hoses were disconnected to also replace the heater core. Specifically I’m wondering if there was residual water in the turbo that froze and cracked something? I know the TD-04 has dual water inlets but my understanding is they are not connected without some drilling. I’m 99% sure there was no plug in the ‘bottom’ port when I rebuild the turbo during the cylinder head work. So it’s a great mystery how there could now be water streaming from that port! It honestly has me questioning my sanity!
I *really* don’t want to remove the turbo again. Any suggests or insight? Thanks.

I found out, going back through photos, there was previously an expansion plug in this threaded port.

One of our best tools is the cell phone camera. And for about $40, you can get an Amazon borascope attachment to look in holes.
