In Richmond, KY - I just had a excellent experience with Yuri at Second Key Locksmith (605) 740-5009. He's native Ukrainian and not afraid of European cars. I had one working but badly damaged key and he created two new basic keys for $185. He's willing to travel a bit. 2007 P2 XC70. He has a Facebook page.

what exactly do you get, just the cut key blanks?
There was a place that cut keys just from a photo of your key blade, $16.

what do you mean by working, are they programmed fobs or just cut blades.
