I believe in PRNY it is April 30th.
I usually swap around end of March and regret my decision shortly after...Rochester
I would hope that that van was possibly not in working order since early spring and only now tech was able to figure it out. But sure "winter is coming "

Due to too many other cars in the garage to work on currently, the 00 R is still on it's 'storage' tires. Must try to spring it out the garage over the weekend.

Alot of the Amazon Dodge Sprinter vans rock studs here all year round, must be cheaper than changing the whole fleet over to summers for the short span of time they don't need studded winters.

I just heard a car go by me a couple of days ago still on studded tires. It was about 85F at the time.
