Decided to look at my rattling roof rail

Found some extra work

Good thing I didnt just drive 2000km with nearly 50kg/5 grands worth of bikes attached to these rails...

Following Misha's advice, i've secured the fuel lines. Hoses are hold tigh without beeing crushed.

Unless it's so bad the paint starts bubbling past the cover, nope ! And from what i've been told, I'm not the first to encounter that issue...

There was only one really bad section on mine, it's been treated, sealed and painted. Still need to paint/plastidip the rails/windshield side trims and it'll go back together

Had the brakes rebuilt today. Just in time too I think, the bores and pistons were starting to rust.

One of the things we saw while it was on the lifter was that the evap hose at the rear right quarter is basically snapped. Is it possible that this is responsible for running rich?

That will mess up mixture control with unmetered air. If the ECU gives up on closed loop it will run the csr on an rpm map, and , you guessed it right, on the rich side
