No log-in issues for me; it's automatic as per usual... even on my iPhone. What browser are you using JRL, and what OS?

I'm not about to tell you that I may know something you don't but I wonder if you need a little system maintenance etc.

And I have to agree with Matt on the 8x6 view, it is by far an outdated way to view anything on a computer. I don't like an res. lower than 1280x800 on my wide screens, even my 15".

JRL, if you're using Internet Explorer, download and try Firefox.

I know that's not a good answer, but I haven't heard of browser problems from anyone else, and this site gets tens of thousands of visitors a year.

To help with the text size, maybe set your display to its native resolution... perhaps that's 1024x768... whatever, and increase the text size in the browser.

In Firefox that's under the menu item View -> Zoom.

JRL, unless I can recreate the problem on my end, or get a specific example of the problem (screenshot... how to recreate, etc), or hear from a chorus of people all having the same problem, I can come to only one conclusion: it's a problem with your browser or PC.

Less than a year old and cleaned up every week.
This now is THE only forum where I have any issues.
Even V70R.com, notorious for not working right, has seemingly fixed its issues and works+ fine.
This one was finally working fairly well, the issue of being knocked off was seemingly fixed and now works horribly (for me).
It doesn't matter if I'm on AOL, IE or FF, same issues.
It now loads up quickly (has been), but if you go to say your settings, it starts over and asks to log in, this happens
every single time

That's very strange..... per chance, are you running Windows Vista? I'm curious how many others are having trouble. Really, you're the only one that posts about it. Maybe I should start a new thread/poll on this.

XP, TWO new computers less than a year old and it does this on my other computer at work.
It may be an AOL deal but since 20 million people use AOL it would be nice of you to make it work with it

....and Bill is in England!

Seriously though...Jim, when you say you get your computer cleaned every week or so, are you taking care of spyware? It does make a difference. I know that I get rid of temp files, defrag my HDD fairly often and also do a virus scan occasionally, but every time I run antispyware software it finds something and cleans things off of my HDD. Prior to doing this I would have issues on some websites. A really good and free antispyware software can be found at www.superantispyware.com
