Can 850 doors be used in S70?

Post by alvin »

Very sad to say that my 98 S70 2.0T has been "touched" by a heavy truck. Thanks to Volvo's tough structure, the interior and the engine are all ok. However, the left doors and the left front part need to be repaired or replaced. As the labour cost is very high, the technican suggest to replace the parts in secondary market. May I know if 850 part can help?

I just bought this car within 2 weeks :cry:
Both interior and exteral were in excellent condition!

The 850 doors will not have electric window controls. They are on the middle console.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Thanks Matt.

BTW, if I only want the "steel skin" of the door, does the 850 "skin" fit S70?
