I want to have the years be inclusive model years, not production years. If a model was MY 1992 in Europe and 1993 in the US, I need to list it as "1992 - [whatever]".
I don't have any of these memorized, and sources on the 'Net are sometimes contradictory.

The DAF 66 1972 - 1978. Yes it was made by Volvo. I do know of one that is used regularly, but the rest - I think the rubber bands have snapped now.

Thanks Bill. Are you sure about the 850 being MY 1991? I've read that it was a MY 1992 car in Europe, MY 1993 in the US.

VADIS shows the 850 from 1992. Autodata, which I used for this project, shows 1991 and this is supported by The UK Volvo Owners Club in their Volvo History.

It was launched in June 1991 and, as far as I remember, the first cars were on the roads in August. So that would make it MY 1992.
