definitely a head gasket issue..car was sitting for almost 4 days. Started the car an in less than 5 mins..there was back pressure in the reservoir bottle..
The Mr. Tire shop said they did a pressure test and it was losing coolant internally...will keep you updated..just got the car home..

Ladies and Gentlemen..the verdict :
Blown head gasket..I removed the thermostat and the car did the same thing..pressure tested the system and it was loosing coolant internally...I will be faced with replacing the gasket...but I am being told that replacing the engine is alot easier than doing the headgasket..your thoughts ?
 :? :x

I had the head gasket done in my car 2 years ago. I didn't have a garage at the time and hired a tech to do the job. It didn't take him very long and he said it was easier than an engine replacement. Not to mention cheaper. Even with the parts labour and getting my head machined flat it cost 700$ total. I also had 23 thousandth of an inch plained off my head to make it strait. Volvo only recomends plaining off half that much material. But my car is still running great.
